Stonegate Holdings – Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Stonegate Holdings ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or otherwise using our services, you ("User," "Investor," or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use which are designed to provide full transparency about how our services work, the fees involved, and what you can expect as one of our valued investors.

1. Definitions / How Our Platform Works

Stonegate Holdings is a professional asset management company dedicated to helping individuals grow their wealth through intelligent investments in high-value markets. We pool investor capital and strategically allocate it across multiple asset classes, including:

Cryptocurrencies
Forex markets
Stocks & equities
Real estate
Commodities

Our goal is to generate recurring and sustainable returns by leveraging growth opportunities in these areas. Profits earned from these investments are distributed to our investors according to their chosen investment plans.

2. Fees & Charges

At Stonegate Holdings, we operate with full transparency. We do not charge any hidden fees. The only fees you should be aware of are:

Withdrawal Fee – A flat 1% fee is charged on any amount you withdraw. This fee is automatically deducted from your account balance at the time of withdrawal.
Yearly Service Fee – Once you have successfully earned and withdrawn a total of $30,000 from Stonegate Holdings, you will be required to pay a $7,000 yearly service fee. This charge applies only after you reach this milestone. Making it suitable for everyone.

We believe in fairness: if you have not yet reached this threshold, you are not subject to the yearly service fee. And this fee is required only once in a year.

3. Investment Requirements

Minimum Capital to Start: $50
Minimum Withdrawal Amount: $5
Available Investment Plans: 5 professionally designed options to suit different financial goals and risk preferences.

These requirements are in place to make investing with us accessible, flexible, and rewarding for all types of investors.

4. Payment Processing

Our platform uses a fully automated payment system. This means:

Deposits and withdrawals are processed instantly by our system without the need for manual approval by staff.
This ensures speed, reliability, and efficiency in all financial transactions.
You remain in full control of your account at all times.

The profits generated from these investments are then shared with our investors, based on the investment plans they have chosen.

Your earnings with us are not under probabilities, your earnings are already fixed according to the investment plans. Your capitals and profits would not be affected or determined by the markets outcome. So even though we encounter loss from trading, it doesn’t affect you.

8. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to the following:

Accuracy of Information – You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating your account.
Compliance – You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

9. Limitation of Liability

Stonegate Holdings shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our platform or participation in our investment services.

Such as providing wrong wallet address during withdrawals, or exposing your account details to third party.

10. Termination of Account

We reserve the right to suspend your account if you:

Violate these Terms,
Provide false or misleading information, or
Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.

Stonegate Holdings reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users via the platform or email, and continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
